Femi Fadugba is the CrossBoundary Energy’s Regional Portfolio Lead for West Africa. CrossBoundary Energy is Africa’s first investment fund for commercial and industrial solar – recent projects include a 1MW facility at Garden City in Kenya and a 1.5MW facility being constructed for Kasapreko in Ghana. A Togo-born Nigerian, Mr. Fadugba has also lived and worked in Rwanda and Tanzania. Mr. Fadugba holds a first-class Master of Engineering degree from Oxford University where he published in quantum physics, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania where he studied as a Thouron Scholar. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Mr. Fadugba worked in BCG’s Energy and Industrial Goods practices where he managed cross-functional teams in the implementation of priority growth initiatives in the US, Africa and Latin America. Mr. Fadugba has worked in two early stage energy ventures including One Degree Solar and Rare Energy, a UK-based recruitment firm which he co-founded in 2011.
